fbaj Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

By accessing, browsing, or using the fbaj platform in any capacity — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and fbaj (the Operator). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, request account closure via [email protected].

fbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "fbaj" / "the Operator" / "we" / "us" refers to the entity operating the fbaj platform at fbaj.io.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the fbaj platform.
• "Platform" refers to the fbaj website, all associated subdomains, mobile applications (if any), and any service provided therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the fbaj platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's account, distinct from any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or non-cash incentives credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Prohibited Player" means any person who is under 21 years of age, is self-excluded, is a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

The fbaj platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard minimum; no exceptions apply.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a third party or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an fbaj employee or contractor.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from fbaj or had an account closed by fbaj for violations of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one fbaj account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fbaj reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to withhold any funds derived from bonus activity on duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. fbaj strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no charge to all registered players.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account — including deposits, bets, withdrawals, and communications with support — is deemed to have been performed by you and you remain fully liable for it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify fbaj support immediately at [email protected]. fbaj will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery; however, fbaj accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to the reported breach provided the account was not accessed through any fault of the Operator.

You must not use your fbaj account for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming. Business use, resale of services, or use of the platform to launder funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

fbaj accepts deposits exclusively via the following mobile financial services and payment methods that are widely available to players in Bangladesh:

• bKash (personal wallet only — not merchant accounts)
• Nagad (personal wallet only)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay
• Visa and Mastercard (where available and subject to periodic availability)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-side deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which fbaj bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party wallets or accounts are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to the originating wallet and the associated account may be reviewed.

fbaj processes deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All account balances are held and displayed in BDT. There is no facility to hold balances in foreign currencies on this platform.

Deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. fbaj reserves the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit that triggers an AML review threshold. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in the deposit being returned and the account being placed under review.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit on the account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account identity has been verified with a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Your mobile wallet ownership has been confirmed by matching the wallet number to your verified identity.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met in full.
• No ongoing security review or AML investigation is active on your account.

Withdrawal processing times are typically 1–3 hours from approval to wallet receipt for bKash and Nagad. Rocket and Upay withdrawals may take up to 6 hours in some cases. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

There is no platform-side withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by your mobile financial service provider in receiving a transfer are outside fbaj's control and are borne by the player.

fbaj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or where the transaction pattern is inconsistent with the player's historical activity. In such cases, the processing time may be extended by up to 48 hours.

fbaj offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions by incorporation.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification at the time of the qualifying deposit.
• Standard wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless a specific offer states a different multiplier.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%; slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 50%. Specific contribution rates are published in the Promotions section.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn; only real-money funds converted from completed wagering are withdrawable.
• fbaj reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or replace any promotion at any time.

All bets placed on the fbaj platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that bet selections, stake amounts, and any configurable options are correct before confirming. fbaj will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a player's claimed error in selection.

Sports betting settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of result disputes, fbaj's decision — made in good faith against available official information — is final.

For live in-play betting, odds may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted at suspended prices prior to a significant event (such as a wicket, penalty, or red card that was already in progress at the time of placement) may be voided at fbaj's discretion.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game provider. fbaj does not control individual game outcomes. Any technical malfunction that causes a game to operate incorrectly will result in the affected round being voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software error will not be honoured.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, or both, along with forfeiture of any balance attributable to the prohibited activity:

• Registering more than one account on the fbaj platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the platform.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions on deposits that have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fbaj staff in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited under applicable law.

fbaj cooperates with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct is identified that may constitute a criminal offence, fbaj will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and will provide account records as required by applicable law.

fbaj is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools available to every registered player from their account dashboard. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and, once activated, are irrevocable for the selected period. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive any promotional communications and will not be able to access their account. Self-exclusion extensions may be requested at any time; reductions to the exclusion period are not permitted until the original period has elapsed.

All content on the fbaj platform — including but not limited to the fbaj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fbaj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of fbaj.

Game content is supplied under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, each of whom retains their respective intellectual property rights in their games.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

fbaj makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Where a service outage causes a bet to be placed incorrectly or a game round to be interrupted, fbaj's liability is limited to the return of the affected stake.

fbaj is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling. Players access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

fbaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal obligation or instruction from a competent authority requiring the account to be closed.
• Extended account inactivity (12 or more consecutive months with no login or transaction).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment wallet within 14 business days, provided no legal hold or AML investigation is pending. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be held until the investigation is concluded.

fbaj's decisions on the settlement of sports bets, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility — where made in good faith against available information and consistent with these Terms — are final and binding unless overturned through the formal dispute resolution process described above.
